He moves along $Y$ axis $20$ m; again $30$ m parallel to $X$ axis; again $20$ m parallel to $Y$ axis and $40$ m along $X$ axis that is towards positive $X$ axis and finally it will be $10$ m from the origin. Hence, distance between $P$ and $Q$ is $10$ m.
