as the wire is going round the pulley once so the acceleration of the crate will be twice as the acceleration of the pulley(or the cart).

tension force will be responsible of acceleration of crate despite its friction.
T=m×a+fr
T=50×4+μmg
T=200+0.3×50×10
T=200+150=350N
