State De Morgan's theorems.

De-Morgan's Theorems are as follows :
(i) First theorem :
"The complement of a sum is equal to the product of the complements". If $A$ and $B$ are the inputs,
then $\overline{A+B}=\overline{A}\cdot \overline{B}$
(ii) Second theorem :
"The complement of a product is equal to the sum of the complements". If $A$ and $B$ are the inputs, then $\overline{A\cdot B}=\overline{A}+\overline{B}$.
