State how the velocity-time graph can be used to find
(i) the acceleration of a body,
(ii) the distance travelled by the body in a given time, and
(iii) the displacement of the body in a given time.
(i) The slope of the velocity-time graph gives the acceleration.
(ii) To find the distance travelled by the body, add the magnitudes of the area under the curve.
(iii) To find displacement of the body, take the algebraic sum of the area under the curve.
