Some of the initiatives that I would like to take in towards conservation of water are-
- avoiding wastage of water for our domestic purposes.
- avoiding water pollution by draining domestic sewage and washing & cleaning of utensils in or near water-bodies.
- planting more trees as afforestation brings rain.
- conserving rainwater instead of allowing it to run off.
- covering properly underground water stocks like wells so as to keep them clean and insects-free.
- Spreading awareness among common masses regarding water conservation and rainwater harvesting.
