State the applications of Archimedes principle.

Archimedes principle states that the upward buoyant force that is exerted on an object which is immersed in a fluid, whether fully or partially submerged, is equal to the weight of the fluid that the object displaces.
It is used in the designing of ships, submarines. It is also used in lactometers and hydrometers as adulteration causes a change of density which can be easily identified using these tools.
