Breathing Respiration
Breathing is a mechanical action involving the act of inhalation and exhalation. Breathing involves taking in oxygen from the environment and removal of carbon dioxide from the body.
Respiration involves the process by which chemical energy stored in the food is released in the form of ATP along with carbon dioxide and water.
