State the effect of global warming in coastal regions.

Due to global warming the temperature of earth's atmosphere in increasing , and the temperature at poles is also increasing . This increase in temperature at poles will melt the ice on poles ,will melt the glaciers . This will result in increase in water level of oceans , which in turn may sink the coastal regions .
