Since A and B are independent.

Therefore, P(A)P(B)=16 and P(¯A)P(¯B)=13

[1P(A)][1P(B)]=13

1[P(A)+P(B)]+P(A)P(B)=13

1+1613=P(A)+P(B)

P(A)+P(B)=56

P(A)=12,P(B)=13
