(i) The letter head (or the head address) consist of the name of the company sending out the letter ,its registered address,its emblem or logo telephone number ,fax number, telegraphic address,telex number ,website and email address and a brief line describing the nature of business of the company.
(ii) The letter head is usually printed at the top centre of the page.
(iii) Some companies prefer to have the letter head to the top left or top right corner of the page.
(iv) When the addressee of the letter receives the letter,his attention first goes to the letter head.
