Dengue fever is transmitted to humans through the bites of infective female Aedes mosquitoes.
When a patient suffering from dengue fever is bitten by a vector mosquito, the mosquito gets infection and it may spread the disease by biting other people.
Dengue is caused by virus.
Mode of transmission for Vibrio cholerae. Transmission occurs through the ingestion of contaminated water or food. Cholera is caused by bacteria.
