Modern periodic law or Modified Mendeleev's Law:
According to the modern periodic law, the physical and chemical properties of the elements are a periodic function of their atomic number i.e.; when elements are arranged in the increasing order of their atomic numbers, the elements with similar properties are repeated after a certain interval.
This law was proposed by Henry Moseley.
