wire is in the shape of a cylinder.
Since one cubic cm of copper measures 8.4 gm, the volume of copper in the wire of 11kg=11000g8.4gcm3
Since diameter of the wire =0.4cm
=>radius=0.2cm
Volume
of a Cylinder of Radius "R" and height "h" =πR2h
Considering height as length of the wire, we get
227×0.22×length=110008.4

=>length=10294cm
