Given equation is:
$(3 x + 1) (2 x + 3) = 3$
$3 x (2 x + 3) + 1 (2 x + 3) = 3$
$∴ 6 x^{2} + 11 x = 0$
$∴ x (6 x + 11) = 0$
$∴ x = 0, \frac{- 11}{6}$
