ABC=2ACB
12ABC=ACB
ABP=ACB (AP bisects ACB) (I)
Now, In APB and ABC
ABP=ACB (From I)
BAP=BAC (Common)
APB=ACB (third angle)
thus, APBABC
Hence, ABAC=BPBC...(Corresponding sides)
AB×BC=BP×AC
