The correct option is A True

Consider ΔAEF and ΔEFC
AE=FC
EF=EF
AFE=FEC
ΔAEF and ΔEFC are congruent.
Hence AF=EC.
We know AB=CDABAF=CDEC i.e. DE=FB

Also, AB||CDFB||ED

Similarly using ΔAFD and ΔBCE we can prove that DF||EB and DF=EB

Hence, DEBF is a parallelogram.
