Two sets are equal if they have exactly the same elements.
Given : $A=\{x:x\in N,x<3\}$

Then, $A=\{1,2\}$
For set $B,$
$y^2-3y+2=0$
$\Rightarrow y^2-2y-y+2=0$
$\Rightarrow y(y-2)-(y+2)=0$
$\Rightarrow (y-2)(y-1)=0$
$\Rightarrow y=1,2$
Hence, $B=\{1,2\}$
Since, sets A and B have the same elements, they are equal sets.
