Solution

The correct option is B False
This statement is False because of the following reasons:
(i) Inside address is the name and complete address of the receiver of the letter.
(ii) It identifies the party to whom the letter is being sent.
(iii) When the addressee of the letter receives the letter, his attention first goes to the letter head.
(iv) The letter head consists of the name of the company sending out the letter, its registered address, its emblem or logo, telephone number, fax number, telegraphic address, telex, number e-mail address describing the nature of the business.
(v) The letter head is usually printed at the top centre of the page.
(vi) An attractive letter head creates a good impression.
(vii) The inside address is the address of the receiver and not of the sender. So it does not introduce the firm.
(viii) Whereas, the letter head speaks, a lot of the sender's organisation.
Hence, it is the letter head and not the inside address that introduces the firm.
