Solution

Step : Check whether the given pair of sets are equal or equivalent

Given:

A = {letters of words SUPERSTITION}

letters of words SUPERSTITION are S, U, P, E, R, T, I, O, N

A = {S, U, P, E, R, T, I, O, N}

Number of elements in set A = 9

and B = {letters of words JURISDICTION}

letters of words JURISDICTION are

J, U, R, I, S, D, C, T, O, N

B = {J, U, R, I, S, D, C, T, O, N}

Number of elements in set B = 10

Elements are not equal of sets A and B

Also, the number of elements are not equal to sets A and B.

Hence, both the sets are neither equal nor equivalent set.
