Lets understand with example : As we know that the digits can end with any of the number 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,and9.

Now Numbers ending with the digits 0,2,4,6,and8 will be Even number. Hence, any number multiple/ divisor of 2 will not be a prime number after 10.

And Numbers ending with the digit 5 will also not be a prime number, because that number will be divisible by 5 and hence, it will not be a prime number.

Now we have left with the digits 1,3,7and9.

Lets take the numbers ending with 1,3,7and9. Clearly We observed 11,13,17,and19 will be the prime numbers.

Hence, the possible digits in the units place are 1,3,7and9
