We know, (a+b)(ab) =(a2b2).

Multiply by using direct method, we get,
(2a+3)(2a3)(4a2+9)=[(2a)2(3)2](4a2+9)
=(4a29)(4a2+9) =(4a2+9)(4a29).
Now, by using formula (a2b2)=(a+b)(ab), we get,
=((4a2)2(9)2)
=16a481.
