Given, (m+3)(m3)(m2+9).

We know, (a+b)(ab) =(a2b2).

Multiply by using direct method, we get,
(m+3)(m3)(m2+9)=[m2(3)2](m2+9)
=(m29)(m2+9) =(m2+9)(m29).
Now, by using formula (a2b2)=(a+b)(ab), we get,
=((m2)2(9)2)
=m481.

Hence, the statement is true.
Therefore, option A is correct.
