For Feroz:
Principal $= R s .6400,$
Time $= \frac{7}{2}$ years
$R = 15 % p . a .$
Now,
$I n t e r e s t = \frac{6400 \times 15 \times 7}{100 \times 2} = R s .3360$
For Rashmi:
Principal $= R s .6400,$
Time $= 5$ years
$R = 15 % p . a .$
Now,
$I n t e r e s t = \frac{6400 \times 15 \times 5}{100} = R s .4800$
Difference in interests
$= 4800 - 3360 = R s .1440$
