Bismuth and tungsten are two metals which are poor conductors of electricity.

There are many examples : Aluminum, Gallium, Indium, Lead, Thallium, Tin, Ununhexium, Ununpentium, Ununquadium, and Ununtrium.

They do conduct electricity but due to high electrical resistance bismuth is poor conductor but not an insulator (non-conductor).

Therefore, option B is correct.
