The elasticity of a substance is defined by the modulus of elasticity. And, modulus of elasticity = stressstrain
As temperature increases, strain increases as molecular distance increases. So, modulus of elasticity decreases. Also, we can say, as elasticity is the measurement of the rigidity of a substance, so, as temperature increases, this rigidity decreases.
