Given, p(x)=x2.
On substituting x=0 in p(x), we get,
p(0)=(0)2=0.
Since p(x)=0 at x=0.
Therefore, x=0 is the zero of polynomial p(x)=x2.
That is, it is true and therefore, option A is correct.
