The polynomials of the form (x+a)2 and (xa)2 has only equal roots and graph of these polynomials cut the x-axis at only one point.
These polynomials are quadratic polynomials.
For example :
x2+2x+1=0 cuts the x-axis at only one point i.e. x=1
