$a^{2} - a - 3 = a (a + 3)$
$(2 a - 3)^{2} = (2 a - 3) (2 a - 3)$
$4 a^{2} - 9 = (2 a + 3) (2 a - 3)$
H.C.F. $= (2 a - 3)$
L.C.M. $= (2 a + 3) (a + 1) (2 a - 3)^{2}$
