(a) An object with a constant acceleration but with zero velocity.
(b) An object moving in a certain direction with an acceleration in the perpendicular direction.

(a) Possible
When a ball is thrown vertically upwards, at the highest point, its velocity is zero. But it has a constant acceleration of 9.8m/s2 in the vertically downward direction.
(b) Possible
When a car is moving at a constant speed on a circular track, it has an acceleration perpendicular to its direction of motion (in radial direction).
