Dear Student,
a) There is possibility where any object can have constant acceleration and zero velocity for a moment in the whole motion e.g. initially at rest in uniformly accelerated motion , object at highest point in projectile or vertical motion , etc. But for motion with constant acceleration and zero velocity for a interval is not possible .
b) if object is moving in uniform circular motion there is velocity v and acceleration equal to . So this motion is possible .
c) this type of motion is also possible since the velocity is tangential and acceleration is in normal direction .
