Entropy is the measure of degree of randomness of a system. So if entropy increases it means entropy increases.
Hence, Statement 1 is incorrect.
In a ordered crystal, the atoms are held in the lattice and do not have much movement. In lower energy state the movement further decreases. So the randomness is less. Hence, entropy is low.
So, statement 2 is incorrect.
