For a fixed amount of the gas at constant temperature the pressure of the gas is directly proportional to the volume of the gas: Since at constant temperature Boyle’s law works and Boyle’s law states that when the temperature is kept constant, the volume of a given quantity of gas varies inversely with the pressure. So statement 1 is incorrect.

For a fixed amount of gas at constant volume the pressure of a gas is directly proportional to its temperature: Since at constant volume Gay lussac law works and it states that at constant volume, the pressure of a gas is directly proportional to its temperature. So the second statement is correct.
