Transparent or clear glass allows visible light to pass through it. Light falling on a transparent glass does not get absorbed.

Coloured glass is usually made up of light absorbing substances. If copper is used for staining the glass, copper absorbs red light and the light coming out of the glass appears blue. Thus, coloured glass passes only a small portion of the light falling on it. So, both of the given statements are incorrect.
