Pendulum clock oscillates to and fro and repeats its motion after a fixed interval of time. So, motion of the pendulum is oscillatory as well as periodic.
All oscillatory motions are periodic because each oscillation gets completed in a definite interval of time. On the other hand, all periodic motions are not oscillatory. Eg: Revolution of the Earth around the Sun is a periodic motion but not an oscillatory motion because the Earth does not undergo to and fro motion but it completes one revolution around the sun in a fixed interval of time.
