Solution

Both intracellular transport and manufacturing processes are done by Endoplasmic Reticulum.
The Golgi apparatus is also known as the Golgi complex. It is composed of stacks of membrane-bound structures known as cisternae. It is mainly found in the most eukaryotic cell. It helps in the modification, secretion and packaging of proteins synthesised by rough endoplasmic reticulum.
