Consider a system consisting of masses m1,m2 having velocities v1,v2
Net momentum =m1v1+m2v2
Net kinetic energy =(12)m1v21+(12)m2v22

Case (i)
Let v1=v,v2=v and m1=m2=m
Then net momentum = 0 but net kinetic energy is not equal to zero.
A does not imply B

Case (ii)
If v1=v2=0, Net Kinetic energy is zero.
Also net momentum is zero.
Hence B implies A.
Hence (c) is correct
