The correct option is B Only statement II is correct.
Light always reflects from an opaque object, it partially reflects from a translucent object, and it does not/hardly reflect in the case of a transparent object, and all these three types of objects can be solid. So the first statement is incorrect.
When we get a shiny plane mirror, it reflects almost all the light rays which strike its surface as a plane mirror is an opaque object.
