are correct.

The water on the floor acts like a lubricant. Wet floor is smooth and it doesn’t provide proper grip while walking on it.
Dry floor provides the necessary force of friction for walking on it. The frictional force provided by a wet floor is less than a dry floor.
Hence the statement I i.e. the force of friction experienced while walking on a wet floor is lesser than the force of friction while walking on a dry floor, is correct.
The surfaces of objects are not smooth as they usually appear but they have very small irregularities. And as one surface slides over the other, these irregularities get interlocked and make the motion between the two surfaces difficult. More the weight of an object, the more these interlockings get pressed down. And this increases the frictional force between them.
Hence the statement II i.e. greater the weight of a moving body on a surface, greater the force of friction it suffers due to the surface, is correct.​
