The correct option is A Only 1 follows
(i) Some shirts are socks.(ii) No sock is red.

Above statement says;
(i) Some shirts are socks which shows that some socks also might be shirt that is also 1st conclusion .
(ii) "No sock is red" which conclude that some socks which might be shirt are not red but some shirts which are not socks may be red so from 2nd statement we can not get 2nd conclusion.
Thus Only option A is correct and only 1st conclusion may come from given statement.
