Stone-2 will reach the ground 4 seconds after Stone-1.


Both the stones after being dropped will accelerate at the same rate g (i.e they will gain velocity at the same rate) as the acceleration due to gravity 'g' is constant.

Starting from the instant each stone is released, it takes equal time interval to reach the ground. So, stone-2 will reach the ground 4 seconds after stone-1.
