ARISTOTLE IS KNOWN AS THE FATHER OF BIOLOGY RIGHT? MY QUESTION IS THAT DURING THE 13 CENTURY A PERSON NAMED ROGER BACON PROVED HIS THEORIES WRONG TO PEOPLE, SO HOW CAN HE BE CALLED AS THE "FATHER OF BIOLOGY"?

Aristotle is known as the father of biology because he introduced some of the very initial theories on living things. His classification although was rejected later but it served as the base of the modern classification of living things.
