(a) What percentage of the grey paint is white?

(b) How much black paint would be required to make 3.5 litres of grey paint?

(c) How much white paint would be needed to make 5.2 litres of grey paint?

Hi, Pot contains only two colour so if 15 % is black then percentage of white = 10-15 = 85 % so ratio of black and white paint = 15:85= 3:17b;-grey paint = 3.5 litres So here ratio of black and white colour is = 3:17 so black paint quantity = 33+17×3.5 =0.525 litresc;-grey paint = 5.2 litres So here ratio of black and white colour is = 3:17 so white paint quantity = 173+17×5.2=4.42 litres
