Dipole moment and bond angle can be related as μR=μ12 + μ22 + 2μ1μ2cosθμR=1.84 D; μ1= μ2=1.5 D; So θ can be calculated1.84 = 1.52 + 1.52 + 2×1.5×1.5 cosθ3.3856=4.5 + 4.5 cosθcosθ=3.3856-4.54.5=-0.2476θ=cos-1(-0.2476)θ=104.34o approx

Bond angle of H2O molecule is 104.34 degree approx.
