Why Hitler was fanatically interested in his youth organization ‘Jungvolk’. What was the reason behind picking up boys’ very young’ to enroll in this organization?

Jungvolk literally meant young folk. It was subdivision of Hitler Youth and acted as the propaganda arm of the Nazi party for young boys. It taught loyalty to Nazi regime and emphasised the Nazi ideal of nation along with Aryan ideals. It aimed at picking the young boys only as Hitler believed that this was most oppotune time to mould the thinking and personality of the individual.
