The stage of urine formation that occurs in the glomerulus is ultrafiltration

Ultrafiltration is the process of filtration of the liquid part of blood in the glomerulus due to the high pressure created.

It is because of the difference in diameters of the afferent arteriole and efferent arteriole.

The filtrate which is pushed into the Bowman's capsule is called glomerular filtrate.
