Solution

Ovulation and pregnancy are stimulated by preogesterone. it enables ovulation and in case fertilisation occurs, the progesterone aids in the attachment of the embryo to the uterine walls.

hPL is the placental hormone. Human placental lactogen ensures energy supply to the foetus by modifying the metabolism of the mother during pregnancy. It has anti insulin property which reduces the maternal insulin sensitivity thereby increasing the level of blood glucose.

Prolactin is involved during lactation. Prolactin is a hormone secreted by Anterior Pituitary Gland. Prolactin regulates the growth of the mammary glands and formation of milk in females . If there is no secretion of prolactin then these functions are hindered.
Placental hormone is associated with foertal growth.
Oxytocin is involved during parturation. It induces labour pain.
