(A) shows mode of asexual reproduction in sponges through internal buds. In endogenous budding, buds are formed within the parent’s body. These buds are called gemmules. Eg:- sponges.
Sporulation is a type of asexual reproduction in which an organism gives rise to several reproductive structures called spores.
In (B), Chlamydomonas, sporulation occurs in the form of zoospores which are asexual structures.
Figure (C) represents Penicillium, and not Chara (green alga). Penicillium performs asexual reproduction though exogenous spores called conidia. Chara can vegetatively multiply through fragmentation, tubers, bulbils, etc.

Figure (D) shows external budding in Sycon. In exogenous budding, a bud is formed on the external surface of the parent’s body. Eg:- Sycon.
