(iv) From the other end, Amar's rank among the boys is 26th

How many boys are there between Amar and Meeta ?

The correct option is D None of these

Total no of student=$(52+8)-1=59$

Total no of boys$=(26+6)-1=31$

then total no of girls$=59-31=38$

As Meeta's rank is 8th in all the student the there are 7 students before Meeta.

And Meeta rank is 3rd among girls then in those 7 student no of boys are=$7-2=5$

Among boys Amar's rank is 6th then there are no boys between Amar and Meeta.
