Solution

The correct option is C A- III, B- I, C- II, D- IV
Golgi complex performs glycosyl transferase activity for addition of glycans on lipids and proteins.
Glyoxysomes are specialized peroxisomes found in plants (particularly in the fat storage tissues of germinating seeds) and also in filamentous fungi. In glyoxysomes the fatty acids are hydrolyzed to acetyl-CoA by peroxisomal β-oxidation enzymes.
Peroxisomes a
re organelles found in all eukaryotic cells. They are involved in the catabolism of very long chain fatty acids, branched chain fatty acids, D-amino acids, and polyamines, reduction of reactive oxygen species - specifically hydrogen peroxide and biosynthesis of plasmalogens, i.e., ether phospholipids critical for the normal function of mammalian brains and lungs.
The majority of lipids are synthesized in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and transported to the mitochondria.
