Syphilis is a sexually transmitted infection caused by the spirochaete bacterium Treponema pallidum subspecies pallidum.
Mycobacterium bovis, is a slow-growing, aerobic bacterium and the causative agent of actinomycosis in cattle.
Amphotericin B is an antifungal drug often used intravenously for serious systemic fungal and bacterial infections like Streptomyces nodosus. Therefore correct combination is A-V,B-IV,C-III,D-II.
